Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging and condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or printed products
- Bulk wholesale orders
- Used or damaged items after delivery
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Refund Policy
